Epiroc Launches New PowerROC T35 Drill Rig

Epiroc has introduced the new generation PowerROC T35 surface drill rig, explaining it offers significant advancements in fuel efficiency and operational speed. Designed to benefit quarries and construction operations globally, the updated rig consumes up to 40% less fuel compared to its predecessor, due to its Auto engine speed control feature. This technology automatically optimizes engine speed, reducing energy consumption across all activities.

In addition to fuel savings, the company add that the PowerROC T35 increases productivity with faster rod-changing capabilities, reducing drill time by 45%. Its 12-inch touch screen can improve operator efficiency and reduce the need for manual lever operations by 80%. Enhanced serviceability, with built-in troubleshooting and a redesigned hydraulic system, further cuts maintenance time and costs.
